Discover the quiet charm of the New South Wales Central West at the Trangie Caravan Park. Located in the heart of the Macquarie Valley, this park offers a quintessential Australian outback experience for travellers seeking a peaceful stopover or a long-term stay. Trangie is renowned for its rich agricultural history and welcoming community spirit, making it a favourite for grey nomads, families, and solo adventurers alike.
Our park is designed to accommodate the modern traveller while maintaining a relaxed, rustic atmosphere. Whether you are hauling a large fifth-wheeler, driving a campervan, or looking for a comfortable cabin, Trangie Caravan Park provides spacious sites and clean facilities. The park is nestled amongst mature trees, providing much-needed shade during the warm summer months. Our location on Goan Street ensures you are far enough from the Mitchell Highway to enjoy a quiet night’s sleep, yet close enough to easily access local services.
Exploring the local area is a breeze from our central location. Trangie is a hub for cotton and grain production, and visitors can marvel at the historic Ginning installations or take a stroll along the main street to admire the local murals and heritage buildings. For those who enjoy the great outdoors, the nearby Macquarie River offers opportunities for fishing and birdwatching. After a day of exploring, return to the park to enjoy a classic Aussie BBQ at our communal facilities, where you can swap stories with fellow travellers under a brilliant canopy of outback stars.
We pride ourselves on maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hospitality. With drive-through sites available for larger rigs and pet-friendly policies, we ensure that every member of the family—including the four-legged ones—feels right at home. Experience the genuine warmth of country NSW at Trangie Caravan Park, your gateway to the Great Western Plains.
