Sunnybank Hills Caravan Park, Sunnybank Hills QLD

Please note: Sunnybank Hills Caravan Park, also known as Sunnybank Village, is primarily a long-term residential park and does not cater to short-term holidaymakers or tourist campers. The information provided is for those seeking information on residential parks in the area.

Located deep within the vibrant and culturally diverse Brisbane suburb of Sunnybank Hills, this park offers a convenient and affordable long-term living solution. Its key advantage is its strategic position, providing residents with unparalleled access to one of Brisbane’s most dynamic precincts. The park is situated within close proximity to major shopping centres, extensive public transport networks including busways, and a vast array of amenities. This makes it a practical option for individuals and families looking for a permanent base in the southern suburbs of Brisbane.

The character of the park is that of a residential community rather than a tourist destination. It features a collection of permanent dwellings, demountable homes, and long-term caravan sites. While it provides essential amenities for its residents, such as a swimming pool and laundry facilities, it lacks the typical features and services expected of a holiday park, such as camp kitchens, playgrounds, and tourist-focused activities. The focus is squarely on providing a functional and well-located residential environment.

The main appeal for residents is the incredible convenience. The famous Market Square and Sunnybank Plaza, renowned as a major hub for Asian cuisine and culture, are just a few minutes’ drive away. Access to the Gateway Motorway and Pacific Motorway is also straightforward, connecting residents to the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, and Brisbane’s CBD. For anyone seeking information on permanent residential parks with exceptional access to suburban Brisbane’s rich amenities, Sunnybank Hills Caravan Park presents a notable option.
