Discover the perfect, budget-friendly base for your Echuca adventure at the Rotary Park, a dedicated space for fully self-contained caravans and RVs. Ideally located just a stone’s throw from the mighty Murray River, this park offers unparalleled convenience for travellers looking to immerse themselves in Australia’s paddlesteamer capital. Managed with pride by the local Rotary Club, this park provides a safe and accessible stopover, operating on a donation basis to help support valuable community projects. It’s a popular spot, known for its prime location that allows easy walking or cycling access to the town’s main attractions, eliminating the hassle of finding parking for larger vehicles in the busy historic port precinct.
The park is specifically designed for modern, self-sufficient travellers. To stay here, your vehicle must be equipped with its own toilet, shower, and water storage, as there are no on-site ablution blocks. This ensures a clean and tidy environment for all guests. The spacious, level sites are easy to access and provide a comfortable setting to relax after a day of exploration. A public dump point and potable water are available, making it easy to manage your resources. From the park, a scenic stroll along the Campaspe River walking track will lead you directly into the heart of Echuca. Here, you can explore the beautifully preserved historic port, take a memorable cruise on a vintage paddlesteamer, browse unique shops, and dine at superb riverside restaurants. The Rotary Park isn’t just a place to park; it’s a smart and affordable gateway to experiencing the best of Echuca-Moama.
