Mossman Golf Club RV Park – The Perfect Base for the Daintree & Port Douglas

Nestled amongst lush sugarcane fields with a dramatic rainforest backdrop, the Mossman Golf Club offers a premier ‘stay and play’ experience for caravan and RV travellers in the heart of Tropical North Queensland. This friendly and scenic club provides an affordable and peaceful alternative to the bustling tourist parks of Port Douglas, while serving as the perfect gateway to two World Heritage areas: the Daintree Rainforest and the Great Barrier Reef. The RV park is set in a dedicated, quiet area of the grounds, offering spacious, grassy sites where you can relax after a day of exploring and watch the sunset over the Great Dividing Range.

The facilities at the Mossman Golf Club are excellent, providing great value for the modest nightly fee. Visitors have access to powered sites and the main clubhouse amenities, which include clean toilets and hot showers. The 18-hole golf course is the star attraction, a beautiful and challenging layout that is home to a rich variety of tropical birdlife. The friendly clubhouse is the social hub, offering a licensed bar and a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy a cold drink with fellow travellers and locals. The club’s location is simply unbeatable for sightseeing. It is just a few minutes’ drive from the spectacular Mossman Gorge, a must-visit for its crystal-clear swimming holes and ancient rainforest walks. The chic resort town of Port Douglas is also a short drive away for dining, shopping, and reef tours, as are the crocodile-spotting cruises on the Daintree River. For a welcoming, well-located, and incredibly scenic base to discover this world-famous region, the Mossman Golf Club is a hole-in-one.
