Experience the Heart of Australia’s Food Bowl
Located in the vibrant regional hub of Griffith, New South Wales, the Griffith Tourist Caravan Park offers a welcoming and convenient base for travellers exploring the magnificent Riverina region. Known as the food bowl of Australia, Griffith is a town rich in agricultural history, Italian heritage, and world-class wineries, and this park places you perfectly to experience it all. One of the key advantages of staying here is the proximity to Griffith’s famous attractions. You are only a short drive or a pleasant walk from the main street, Banna Avenue, which is lined with iconic Art Deco buildings, boutique shops, and some of the best Italian cafes and restaurants in the country. After a day of touring local cellar doors or visiting the Pioneer Park Museum, you can return to the park to relax by the pool or enjoy a barbecue dinner under the gum trees. The park’s central location means you never have to travel far to restock supplies or enjoy a quality meal.
Accommodation options are versatile, featuring powered sites for recreational vehicles, unpowered camping areas, and a range of cabins for those who prefer a solid roof over their heads. The facilities are well-maintained, ensuring you have everything you need for a self-sufficient stay, including laundry access and a camp kitchen. For pet owners, the park offers specific pet-friendly options (subject to management approval), allowing you to bring your furry companions along for the journey.
Choosing Griffith Tourist Caravan Park means choosing convenience and comfort in one of New South Wales’ most unique destinations. It serves as an ideal launchpad for day trips to nearby national parks, the spectacular Hermit’s Cave, or simply soaking up the rich multicultural tapestry that defines Griffith.
