The park is well-regarded for its neat presentation, featuring paved roads, curbing, and well-maintained grassy sites that cater to a variety of setups. The atmosphere is generally quiet and respectful, fostering a community feel among long-term residents and short-term guests. The grounds include a dedicated BBQ gazebo area, perfect for unwinding after a day of driving or working, where guests can cook up a storm and share travel stories. Essential amenities such as a clean laundry block and dump point ensure that all logistical needs are met right on-site.

Beyond the park boundaries, Singleton offers a rich tapestry of history and nature. A short drive connects you to the famous Hunter Valley vineyards, where you can indulge in world-class wine tasting and gourmet dining. Closer to home, the park provides easy access to local shops, service stations, and the majestic Hunter River.
