Boyne Island Caravan Park – Coastal & Riverside Holiday Park

Perfectly situated to offer the best of both worlds, the Boyne Island Caravan Park is a relaxed and shady haven for holidaymakers on Queensland’s Discovery Coast. This friendly park enjoys an enviable location, nestled just a stone’s throw from the calm, mangrove-lined banks of the Boyne River and a short, pleasant stroll or bike ride from the beautiful patrolled beaches of Tannum Sands. It’s this unique positioning that makes it a favourite for families, fishing enthusiasts, and anyone looking to enjoy a classic coastal getaway. The park is well-established, with plenty of mature trees providing welcome shade over the spacious sites, creating a cool and comfortable atmosphere even on the warmest days.

The facilities cater well to all travellers, from those in large motorhomes to families staying in cabins. A refreshing swimming pool provides the perfect spot to cool off, while the camp kitchen and barbecue areas are ideal for socialising and preparing the day’s catch. One of the biggest draws is the direct access to the Turtle Way, a scenic 15-kilometre pathway that winds along the coastline and river systems, connecting Boyne Island to Tannum Sands. It’s perfect for a morning walk, a family bike ride, or a scenic jog. Anglers are in paradise here, with excellent boat ramp facilities nearby providing access to the fantastic estuary and offshore fishing the region is renowned for. Whether you’re planning to launch a boat, cast a line from the shore, or simply relax by the pool, Boyne Island Caravan Park offers a perfectly positioned and wonderfully laid-back base.
